Hanmoto is known for umami-rich dishes. The salmon aburi is a dish that checks all the boxes. It’s on one hand fresh and light, but the rich sauce that’s used to torch it aburi style packs it with umami. Add some spice from the wasabi, and a then a fun interactive element, and we’re all smiles.
